How to make the most of your website
Did you catch our latest webinar? Here’s what went on…
What with a pandemic currently going on and social distancing rules firmly in place, we haven’t been able to deliver our seminars at various trade shows as we normally would. But that hasn’t stood in our way! Instead we’ve been delivering live webinars to anyone eager to learn the tricks of success online.
We’re currently two thirds of the way through our Business Advice series in partnership with Installer and Vaillant. Our first installment in August, What are the best ways to promote your business online, was a big success.
11th September, we delivered How to make the most of your website. If you have a website, but believe it could be benefiting your business more than it is currently, this webinar’s for you!

We looked into the best practices for websites and how you can make the most of them, delivering actionable tips for people to take away and use on their own sites.
We know that some people don’t think they should bother with a website. Whether it’s a dislike or a fear of the net, they’d rather stay away from developing their online presence. However, it’s vital in this day and age that if you’re a business, you have a website. Our CEO, Grant Robertson kicked things off by talking about why you should bother to get a site.
After this, Grant explored how to structure a website, taking the audience through the core pages their websites should have and the features they needed.
If you’re building your own website, understanding the key features that your customers will be looking for and how you can implement them yourself is important for success.
At the conclusion to the webinar, Grant gave the audience 4 key points for the future: actionable tips to continue the success of your website.
Catch the final installment of our webinar series 2nd October. Keep your eyes on our social media channels for updates! Meanwhile, feel free to watch ‘What are the best ways to promote your business online’ and ‘How to make the most of your website’ on replay (and if you’ve watched both of those, we suggest our trades toolbox series!).
